Model History and Information: The 1991 British Touring Car Championship was run under the outgoing Group A regulations, the final season before the Super Touring formula took over from 1992. Will Hoy won that title at the wheel of car No. 11, a BMW M3 (E30) entered by BMW Team Listerine, closing out the E30 M3's run as a title-winning touring car before BMW moved to newer machinery. That success was only possible because BMW had homologated the M3 for Group A by building the required 5,000 road-going examples. This model reproduces Hoy's Listerine-liveried M3 from that campaign.
