1:43 Volkswagen Golf Cabrio Classic Line Classic Green 1992
Product Dimensions: 3.56 x 1.50 x 1.29 in.
Model History and Information: The Golf I Cabriolet went into production in Osnabrück on 14 February 1979, a joint development by Volkswagen and Karmann, and was built there through 1993, with roughly 392,000 units produced. On June 24, 1991, a green metallic Golf I Cabriolet leaving the Karmann line became the world's most-built convertible, overtaking the Beetle Cabriolet. From the 1990 model year, Volkswagen offered special trims including Classicline, sold as a sportier, elegant version of the four-seat convertible with its characteristic roll-over bar. This replica represents a 1992 Golf Cabrio in the Classicline trim, finished in Classic Green over a beige folding roof.
