Su-30MKM "Prototype" Blue 04, Russia Air Force, MAKS 2007 (1:72 Scale)
Model History and Information: Before delivery to Malaysia, Su-30MKM airframes were flight-tested and demonstrated in Russia, where Sukhoi and Irkut developed the type from the Su-30MKI during the mid-2000s. The variant introduced a revised avionics suite combining Russian, French and South African systems while keeping the canard-equipped, thrust-vectoring airframe common to the family. Development and pre-delivery examples appeared at Russian aerospace exhibitions in this period, typically wearing manufacturer or test markings rather than operational squadron colours. The type first flew in 2003 and entered Malaysian service from 2007. Details of this individual prototype's flights, crews or displays could not be verified. NATO reporting name: Flanker-H.
