Model History and Information: The Koenigsegg CC850 marks two anniversaries: 20 years of Koenigsegg production and the 50th birthday of founder Christian von Koenigsegg. Its shape draws on the original CC8S. The twin-turbo V8 produces 1,385 hp on E85 fuel, and the car weighs 1,385 kg, giving a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio. Its Engage Shift System combines a gated six-speed manual with a clutch pedal and a nine-speed automatic in the same transmission, and the driver can switch between the two at any time. Koenigsegg is building 70 cars in total, each with an analog second-generation chronocluster in place of a conventional digital display.
