Model History and Information: The Audi Q4 e-tron is a compact all-electric SUV that Audi introduced in 2021, built on the Volkswagen Group's MEB platform shared with other electric models across the group. It is offered with rear-wheel-drive and quattro all-wheel-drive variants, with battery packs of up to roughly 82 kWh giving a range of around 300 miles depending on configuration. Without a combustion engine to package, the Q4 e-tron uses a shorter front overhang and a flat cabin floor than a comparable combustion SUV. It was one of Audi's first mainstream electric SUVs, aimed at the same market segment as the combustion-engined Q3.
