Model History and Information: The Land Rover Defender 90 is the short-wheelbase version of the original Defender, with a 2,360 mm wheelbase. A 2012 update replaced the 2.4 litre engine with the 2.2 litre ZSD-422 diesel and brought back the soft-top body style for the general market. The last Defender built, on 29 January 2016 at Solihull, was a soft-top 90 carrying the number plate H166 HUE. This version is the 90 Convertible, finished in Orange.
