Model History and Information: The Cooper name returned to the Mini in 1990, when Rover Special Products relaunched it twenty years after the original model ended. A Cooper-badged Mini went into full production in late 1991 with a 1,275 cc engine, fuel injected from 1992 to meet emission standards. In 1997 a multi-point fuel-injected engine arrived with a front-mounted radiator. Classic Cooper Sport was one of four versions in the April 2000 range, and the last Mini was built at Longbridge on 4 October 2000. This version is finished in British Racing Green.
