Model History and Information: The production Nissan Z (RZ34), sold in Japan as the Fairlady Z, was revealed in New York on August 17, 2021. The Z is powered by the VR30DDTT 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6, rated at 400 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque, with a choice of 6-speed manual or 9-speed automatic transmission. The Pandem aero kit for the RZ34, designed at TRA Kyoto in Japan, adds a new front bumper, lip, splitter and canards, a rear wing, and over-fenders that widen the car by 90 mm at the front and 100 mm at the rear.
