Model History and Information: The Nissan Skyline GT-R of the R34 generation (BNR34) was introduced in January 1999 and built until 2002. It used the 2.6 litre twin-turbocharged RB26DETT inline-six, published at 280 PS in line with a gentleman's agreement among Japanese manufacturers. Nismo later built the limited Z-tune on the R34, with a 2.8 litre engine rated at 500 PS. This version is finished in red.
