Model History and Information: The International Race of Champions was created in 1972 and began racing in 1973, with top drivers from different series racing identical cars. The first series used Porsche Carrera RSRs, with three races at Riverside in October 1973 and a final on the Daytona road course on 14 February 1974. NASCAR driver David Pearson drove the number 3 car at Daytona and finished fourth, behind Mark Donohue, Peter Revson and Bobby Unser. This version is finished in Pink.
