Model History and Information: The Can-Am Maverick X3 was unveiled by BRP in August 2016, and in September 2017 the company added X rc models developed specifically for technical rock crawling. BRP designed them to maneuver at low speeds, with high ground clearance, large specialized tires, rock sliders and a front differential guard. The X rc also introduced Smart-Lok, a front differential that can be fully locked on the fly. BRP spec sheets list the Turbo RR version with a turbocharged, intercooled Rotax ACE 900 cc triple-cylinder engine, a 4WD ROCK traction mode and a 102-inch wheelbase. This 1:32 replica, catalogued by Diecast Masters in Chalk Gray and Magma Red, carries RC door graphics, a tubular front bumper and a seated driver figure.
