Model History and Information: Manufactured by Ford Motor Company beginning in 1957, the Ford Ranchero was derived from a two-door station wagon into a pick-up truck. Ford built over 500,000 units before ending production in 1979. Our 1/43 scale model replica of the 1957 Ford Ranchero sports chrome wheels and accents, rubber tires, and a beautiful Coca-Cola theme paint job.
