1:43 Audi RS 2 Avant Red 1995
Product Dimensions: 4.13 x 1.55 x 1.27 in.
Model History and Information: Audi and Porsche jointly developed the RS2 Avant, launched in March 1994 and assembled at Porsche's Zuffenhausen plant; roughly 2,891 were built before production ended in July 1995, making it the first model in what became Audi's RS line. Porsche supplied a larger turbocharger, intercooler, camshaft and engine management for Audi's 2.2-litre inline-five, along with its own brakes, wheels and door mirrors, lifting output to 315 hp and 410 Nm and giving a 0-60 mph time of 4.8 seconds through a six-speed manual and quattro all-wheel drive. This example is finished in Lazer Red, distinguishing it from the Nogaro Blue and Brillant Black cars also offered by Solido.
