Model History and Information: This 1:50 Cat 745 articulated truck was produced for Brent Scarbrough & Company with a special Back the Blue decoration. The truck is finished in black with blue and silver graphics, BACK THE BLUE lettering and a Brent Scarbrough signature on the dump body, Brent.us on the hood, PROTECT SERVE HONOR on the front frame and the unit number RT49 beside the cab, and it comes in a tin printed with the company name. Caterpillar lists the 745 for 2017 with a Cat C18 engine and a rated payload of 41 tonnes (45.2 tons). Diecast Masters notes that the 745 added bonded rear quarter glass that removes a structural pillar to improve visibility, and a cab 5 dB quieter than the previous 745C.
