The base 454 was rated at 360 bhp. The optional LS6 version used a single four-barrel 800 CFM Holley carburetor and produced 450 bhp at 5,600 rpm and 500 lb-ft of torque at 3,600 rpm. A cowl induction hood was also offered with the 454 engine.
