Model History and Information: The second-generation NSX is a mid-engined two-seater with a hybrid drivetrain: a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 works alongside three electric motors, two of which drive the front wheels and form the Sport Hybrid all-wheel-drive system, for a combined 573 horsepower. Honda developed it jointly between its Japanese and American operations and built every car by hand at the Performance Manufacturing Center in Marysville, Ohio, a plant put up specifically for the model. The first car came off that line on 24 May 2016 and production ran until 2022, closing with the Type S.
