Model History and Information: The LX 570 was revealed at the New York auto show on 4 April 2007 as a complete redesign of Lexus's full-size sport utility, and it was the first time the Lexus version appeared before the Toyota Land Cruiser it shares its J200 platform with. Power came from a 5.7-litre V8 rated at 383 horsepower, driving all four wheels through a six-speed automatic and a Torsen centre differential. Standard equipment included electronically controlled suspension with adjustable ride height and damping, Crawl Control for low-speed off-road work and three rows of seating for up to eight.
