Product Dimensions: 7.90 x 4.45 x 2.23 in.
Model History and Information: Before the 1979 revolution, the Imperial Iranian Air Force was a major Northrop customer, operating large numbers of F-5s. Its national aerobatic team, the Golden Crown, was founded in the late 1950s and progressed through several fighter types, adopting the F-5A and later the F-5E Tiger II during the 1970s. Flying up to eight brightly marked Tigers, the team was regarded as one of Asia's most accomplished display formations before it was disbanded around the time of the revolution. This F-5E carries the striking Golden Crown livery of that era, recalling Iran's pre-revolution air-show heritage.
