Model History and Information: This 1:87 Earth Mover playset combines a Cat 163H motor grader with a sculpted terrain base, a tub of Motion Sand, a construction worker figure, a Road Closed barricade, a sign and three gray barriers. The full-size 163H is an all-wheel drive motor grader whose Cat 3306 engine, power shift transmission, load-sensing hydraulics and all-wheel drive system were designed to work together. All-wheel drive improves traction in snow, mud and sand, and it makes the grader effective in both low-speed and high-speed work, from ditch cutting to snow winging. Variable horsepower is standard, and Caterpillar's specifications list an articulated frame and a 14-foot moldboard.
