38(t) Reconnaissance Tank Ausf. G Sturmartillerie Germany 1944
Product Dimensions: 2.52 x 1.18 x 1.31 in.
Model History and Information: The Aufklarungspanzer 38(t) was a reconnaissance conversion of the dependable Czech-designed Panzer 38(t). Germany had outgrown the small tank as a battle tank, but its chassis was still valuable for specialist work. Most reconnaissance versions used an open-topped turret with a 20 mm gun; a two-vehicle support variant with a 7.5 cm gun was also built in 1944. Only seventy 20 mm vehicles were completed, making the type a genuinely scarce branch of the 38(t) family. The catalogue's Sturmartillerie wording is treated as model identification, not proof of the exact subvariant.
