Airfield Base (1:72 Scale)

Model History and Information: Airfields are the working landscape behind military aviation: hardstands, taxi areas and open space organize aircraft before and after flight. A 1:72 airfield base provides a neutral setting that can support many periods and operators without claiming a particular base or event. This accessory is therefore best used as display infrastructure, giving a single model or a small group of aircraft a sense of scale and operational context. The named serial, unit, date and finish on this model identify the individual historical subject represented: Airfield Base (1:72 Scale).
