Model History and Information: The Alpine A290 Rallye is a fully electric rally car for customer competition, built on the A290 road car to FIA eRally5 standards. Alpine unveiled it in July 2025 ahead of the Rallye Rouergue Rodez Aveyron Occitanie. It uses a 220 hp (160 kW) motor with 300 Nm of torque sent to the front wheels through a ZF limited-slip differential, a 52 kWh battery and a welded roll cage. It is assembled at Manufacture Alpine Dieppe Jean Rédélé and was priced at 59,990 euros excluding VAT. The Alpine A290 Rallye Trophy joins the French rally championship in 2026 over six rounds.
