Model History and Information: The Audi S2 coupé went on sale in September 1990 as a joint development between Audi and Schmidt Motorsport, the tuner behind Audi's V8 quattro DTM programme. Built on the B4-generation Coupé and intended to replace the discontinued Quattro in the range, it carried a turbocharged 2.2-litre inline-five rated at 220 PS, driving all four wheels through a viscous-coupling quattro system and a five-speed manual. This 220 PS version of the coupé was built between 1990 and 1992. This model reproduces the S2 coupé finished in Pearl White.
