Model History and Information: The Cat® 272C is a skid steer loader in Caterpillar's C-Series line, built for tight-quarters loading, grading, and material handling on construction and landscaping sites. It uses a long wheelbase design for a smoother ride and reach, powered by a Cat C3.4 DIT engine, with a high-flow XPS hydraulic system that Caterpillar states increases both flow and pressure to improve attachment performance. Its compact size and wide range of compatible Cat work tools make it a versatile machine for contractors. This model reproduces the 272C at a small no-scale size for Caterpillar's Micro Constructors line, distinct from the D2 generation of the same skid steer, the 272D2, sold separately as a keychain in the same range.
