Model History and Information: The Cat 272C is a skid steer loader with a vertical lift design that Caterpillar says provides extended reach and lift height for quick and easy truck loading. Its sealed and pressurized cab was designed to keep dust out and to reduce sound levels inside, and it used a Cat C3.4 DIT engine. Diecast Masters reproduced the 272C as one of the miniature machines in its Micro Constructor range. This version finishes the micro loader in black instead of Cat yellow. According to the product photo, it comes in a yellow and black Cat tool box together with two blue portable toilets and a bag of play sand.
