Model History and Information: Taktisches Luftwaffengeschwader 74 flies the Eurofighter Typhoon from Neuburg an der Donau in Bavaria, standing quick-reaction alert for German air defence. Its display team, the Bavarian Tigers, formed in 2013 and joined the NATO Tiger Association in 2016, and the wing has become known for bold special paint schemes. For 2025 it unveiled the Castle Tiger, a striking yellow-and-black design inspired by Neuburg's medieval castle festival, with an armoured knight's helmet and a glowing eye on the tail. Fittingly the aircraft chosen wore the serial 30+74, echoing the unit number. This model captures that eye-catching anniversary-style Tiger livery.
