The F-16A Fighting Falcon is a highly versatile and maneuverable multi-role fighter aircraft developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force. The F-16A was the first production model of the F-16 and entered service in 1978. It is a single-seat, single-engine aircraft used by more than 25 countries around the world.
