Model History and Information: The 706th Aggressor Squadron is a US Air Force Reserve unit at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, part of the 926th Wing. A long-serving squadron that had flown fighters and airlift over its history, it took on the aggressor mission in May 2023, adopting the F-16 to play the role of the enemy. Aggressor jets wear elaborate camouflage schemes copied from potential adversaries, and their reservist instructor pilots fly opposing tactics against crews training at Nellis, home of Red Flag and the USAF Weapons School. Aircraft 85-474 carries one of these adversary schemes under the nickname Rockslide.
