Model History and Information: Strike Fighter Squadron 87, the Golden Warriors, is a US Navy unit based at NAS Oceana equipped with the F/A-18E Super Hornet, which it adopted in 2015 after decades on legacy Hornets and A-7 Corsair IIs.
