Model History and Information: International presented the HX Series at World of Concrete in Las Vegas on February 1, 2016, as a new line of Class 8 premium vocational trucks for the severe service industry, and the HX620 was part of that first launch. As the set-back front axle model, it was offered in truck or tractor form for heavy haul, construction dump and platform stake or crane work, and it used the Cummins ISX15 engine. Diecast Masters announced its 1:50 Transport Series in 2018 with HX Series trucks in colors drawn from actual International paint chips, equipping the tractors with a light bar, headache rack and removable Oversize Load sign. This HX620 tridem tractor is the light grey version.
