Product Dimensions: 6.20 x 2.03 x 1.75 in.
Model History and Information: This Dragon Armor edition is identified as US M103A2 Heavy Tank with Reliability Improved Selected Equipment (RISE) IR/White Light Spotlight - "D24" (1:72 Scale). Its finish and unit caption distinguish the collectible; the account below addresses the documented history of the real vehicle type. The M103 was the United States' last heavy tank. Of the three hundred built as T43E1, 220 went to the Marine Corps for infantry support and were rebuilt in stages to M103A1 and then M103A2 standard, the latter converted from 1964 with the diesel engine of the M60, which pushed the road range to some 295 miles. Its 120 mm gun was intended to stop Soviet heavy tanks at long range. The type served from 1957 until the early 1970s and never left American soil; the M60 replaced it, ending the American heavy tank programme.
