Model History and Information: The M20 Armored Utility Car, also known as the Scout Car, was a 6x6 armored wheeled vehicle produced during WWII. Entering service in 1943, it saw extensive service in both theaters of operation. The top of the vehicle featured a low, armored open-topped superstructure and ananti-aircraft ring mount for a .50cal M2 Browning machine gun.Command car, communications vehicle, and troop transport were just a few of the M20sapplications during the war.
