Product Dimensions: 6.16 x 5.27 x 2.08 in.
Model History and Information: Operation Danube was the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia, which began on the night of 20 to 21 August 1968. Soviet tanks and other vehicles that took part carried white identification stripes, known as invasion stripes, so that friendly forces could tell them apart. The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17 first flew in January 1950 and entered service in October 1952 as a general-purpose day fighter that could also be used as a fighter-bomber. By the late 1950s and early 1960s it had become standard equipment across the Warsaw Pact. The markings on this model follow the aircraft named in the product title.
