Product Dimensions: Pending manufacturer confirmation.
Model History and Information: The Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 was developed in 1972 to homologate the 911 for Group 4 Special GT racing, and Porsche first planned to build 500 examples. It debuted at the Paris Motor Show on 5 October 1972, and all 500 had sold by the end of November. Production eventually reached 1,580 cars across Sport, Touring, racing and base variants. Its 2.7-litre fuel-injected flat-six made 210 PS at 6,300 rpm, and the lightweight Sport weighed 960 kg. The ducktail rear spoiler, fitted with a front spoiler, was a first for a production Porsche. Cars painted white carried red, blue or green Carrera side lettering.
