Model History and Information: The 992-generation 911 GT3 brought Porsche's track-focused road car into the eighth 911 generation. Its naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six, high-revving character and double-wishbone front suspension connect it closely to Porsche's contemporary racing development. The engine produces 510 PS at 8,400 rpm with a 9,000 rpm redline, driving the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission or an optional six-speed manual. A swan-neck-mounted rear wing distinguishes the standard GT3 from the wing-free Touring package variant introduced alongside it.
