Model History and Information: The 992-generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS was announced on 17 August 2022 with a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six rated at 386 kW (525 PS). Porsche quoted 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, a top speed of 296 km/h and a kerb weight of 1,450 kg. It was the first production Porsche fitted with a Drag Reduction System, and its active aerodynamics produce 409 kg of downforce at 200 km/h. The optional Weissach package adds carbon-fibre roof, front lid and mirror shells, plus magnesium forged wheels that save about 8 kg. On 13 October 2022 the GT3 RS lapped the Nordschleife in 6:49.328.
