Model History and Information: The third-generation Mazda RX-7 (FD3S) used a 1,308 cc twin-rotor 13B-REW engine with sequential twin turbochargers. Mazda announced the revised model on 15 December 1998 and sales in Japan began on 21 January 1999. The Type RS and Type R were rated at 280 PS at 6,500 rpm, and the update brought a redesigned front bumper and rear spoiler and a standard passenger airbag. This version is finished in Innocent Blue Mica.
