Model History and Information: Piaggio, founded in Genoa, Italy, in 1884, began building the original Vespa scooter at its Pontedera plant in 1946. The GTS, a larger-bodied model in the Vespa range, was introduced in 2006, and the 125cc GTS has been part of the lineup since 2007. This model reproduces the GTS 125 finished in mint green with a contrasting brown two-up seat. The movable handlebars and centre stand replicate how the scooter is parked and steered, and the metal body reproduces the type's true-to-original profile, headlights, and rubberised tyres.
