Model History and Information: Compact helper on the construction site. Compact, versatile, yet still powerful: The Wacker-Neuson ET65 chain excavator is the all-rounder on the construction site. The real ET65 is a roughly 7-tonne conventional tail-swing crawler excavator built by Wacker Neuson, powered by a Perkins diesel engine of about 59 hp and designed with a short tail overhang for work in confined job sites. It reaches a maximum digging depth of about 3.8 metres and a maximum reach along the ground of about 6.1 metres, with a load-sensing hydraulic system for smooth, precise movement of the boom, arm and bucket. In 1:50 scale, the chain excavator from siku travels on movable rubberised chains. The rotating machine housing, the movable pusher blade, and the movable excavator arm with bucket promise lots of playing fun on the playroom construction site.
